About

The CX Journal is an independent publication covering customer experience and voice-of-customer platforms.

What this publication covers

The subject is the software teams use to collect, analyse and act on customer feedback, and the decisions involved in choosing it. Coverage is organised into two hubs. Guides carries ranked shortlists and comparisons. Signals carries news and practical guidance.

Who it is written for

People responsible for choosing or running these platforms: product, customer experience, customer success and support teams evaluating options, and the teams already operating a platform who need to know what changed.

How rankings are decided

Every ranked guide begins with one defined use case and compares platforms against the same published criteria. Placement and ranking are never sold, and no vendor sees a guide before it publishes. The criteria and the corrections process are set out in full on the Methodology page.
